Parking Garage Overview

Westbrook's latest public infrastructure facility is a five-level public parking garage. Free parking is available 24/7 with designated handicap spaces on the first floor. This garage features around-the-clock safety and surveillance systems, bright LED lighting on the interior and exterior of the building, elevator, protection from the weather, two emergency call boxes on each floor and two high visibility glass-sided stairwells offering a birds-eye view of the Westbrook skyline. It is situated in the heart of downtown for quick and easy access to wherever you need to go, including a new Metro bus stop on the Husky Line between University of Southern Maine campuses.

Fines & Towing

Our Parking Enforcement team is tasked with ensuring that safe and accessible parking is available to all and will enforce our parking regulations. If you received a parking ticket, payment may be made in person or be mailed to Westbrook City Hall, 2 York Street, Westbrook, ME 04092. If you wish to appeal a parking ticket, please contact the Westbrook Police Department's non-emergency line at 207-854-0644. 

If your vehicle has been towed, please call the Westbrook Police Department's non-emergency line at 207-854-0644 to determine which tow company has possession of your vehicle. The vehicle owner is liable for all towing and storage costs.
